This is take three~~I keep losing my post
Anyway I am sad today..baby girl went back to her dad's!
There is some relief because it is calmer around here...but there is also that pit of the stomach hole that I get when she isn't home!!
At camp I caught her smiling a few times which is good!
She even made some new friends! Baby girl and her new friends were not camera shy and always willing to pose for pics!! I think she enjoyed having time with girls, even though she does her fair share of only hanging out with the guys!
Baby boy made friends as well with the camp pastor who turned him into a superstar by letting him show off his super abilities of how fast he can run!
Baby boy got challenged all week to races and arm wrestling competitions and most of the time the kids let him win
He also made himself an honorary member of the praise team! Every time the "band", as he called them, was up front he was singing and dancing right along with them
I learned a few things about my kids this week!! My baby girl is shy! She didn't join in on all the games, maybe it isn't shyness as much as she is afraid to perform in public!! She is also more clingy than I thought, she hung out more with her counselor and myself than she did with the other kids!! I think she is sad most of the time and I hope it is just adolesence!!
Baby boy is not shy!! He was always runnin off with one of his new friends and i had a hard time keeping track of him at times!! And even though we have always went to a free methodist church...he is a pentecostle at heart!!
I have written much more twice already so I am gonna end this now before I lose it!! Feeling a little bitter sweet tonite!!

for a bonus…neither of my children got this name, I came to my senses! When I was in high school I thought I would just love to name a baby girl Mercedes Cinnamon!! My babies got lucky!!
