Tomorrow morning we leave for camp!! I am a little excited but mostly not so much!! There is so much that needs done here and this marks the last week of baby girl being home!! Of course we will spend it at camp so I won't see her much!! I am doing crafts and baby boy is taggin along! He is excited because he gets to go to camp even though he is not old enough!! Baby girl is excited because this is her first year as an official camper!! I am sure we will all have a wonderful time!! The cabins these days are alot different then when I went to camp! They have air conditioning and only 6 to 8 campers per cabin!!
They do not get to do the fun stuff like write on the walls in toothpaste and fingernail polish!! Although we definately didn't have air or heat!! The windows didn't even have glass in them. They were chicken wire screens with these wooden flaps that folded down if it rained!! And there were 10 to 20 of us in a cabin at a time!! The bath house these days is just a little better still those cold nasty concrete floors and always the stench of porty potty even though they flush!!
All in all camp was some of the funnest times I had as a kid! Of course I didn't live in the city or have anyone close by to socialize with very often!! So camp was fun time and a time to make friends!! It was a time to escape the insanity! Today I wish I were looking forward to the escape but I am really not!! I know it will be peaceful and the kids will have fun, but the insanity here needs my attention to get fixed !! Oh well I am certain it will be here when I get back!! I will probably need a serious FIX when I get home lol!!
I will not have a computer for a whole 5 days
...God help me!! I will get through it ONE DAY AT A TIME!!
Anyway I will miss you all!! But will be back soon!! Don't get into too much trouble!! Keep the waters clean will ya !!
